Best Western Ontario Mills Mall

This place was just a great fit for taking strolls in Ontario with best value. The staff, especially Tanisha and Monica, were super accommodating and warm, making the stay more enjoyable. Make sure to check out the breakfast options. They're surprisingly good!

Immaculately clean hotel in a nice building very close to good restaurants, and Ontario airport.

The hotel was fabulous and excellent, and the staff were very amiable, enjoyed the marvellous location really close to Ontario Mills and Ontario airport, shopping areas, and several restaurants. The breakfast was hot with plenty of choice. It offered excellent service and great food too.

The continental breakfast had excellent variety.

The staff were pleasant and courteous , the decor of the room was absolutely beautiful , the breakfast menu was ample, tasty and it shows the hotel is very interested in making their customers happy and well fed which I really appreciate. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again.

The room I had, a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking, was spacious and clean. I loved the comfy bedding. It. The staff were cute and friendly, always quick to help out with my requests. The complimentary breakfast was a stand-out. Options included fresh fruit and waffles. I appreciated having a variety of choices every morning. I was also pleased with the hotel's location. It's right near Ontario Mills Mall and many dining options. I did encounter an issue with the bathroom, it lacked sufficient lighting, a bit inconvenient for getting ready. Another minor issue was the limited variety of toiletries provided. My stay was enjoyable, and the positives certainly outweighed the negatives here.
